My Story
Through my personal journey and experience with all types of clients and fields of study, I identified that I am drawn toward working with OCD as well as how it relates to the eating disorder community. And this led me to where I am today. Throughout my career which includes years of training, mentorship and director level management, I've identified there is a lack of support and education for professionals and their clients working within the OCD/ ARFID framework and I have developed a passion for educating within the OCD community. I specialize in working with clients who suffer from ARFID and OCD utilizing the integrated model of supervision and enjoy educating other professionals how best to navigate treatment with their clients who may be struggling in these areas. I am trained in Brainspotting, ERP and rumination focused ERP to help to support providers and clients within these modalities, providing useful tools for treatment and recovery.
